Fluracil Injection is used for Treatment of gastric adenocarcinoma (systemic), Topical treatment of multiple actinic or solar keratoses of the face and anterior scalp (topical), Treatment of adenocarcinoma of the colon and rectum (systemic), Treatment of adenocarcinoma of the breast (systemic), Treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (systemic) and other conditions. Fluracil Injection may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide. Fluracil Injection contains Fluorouracil as an active ingredient. Fluracil Injection works by inhibiting cell division and growth.
Uses
- Fluracil Injection is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
- Treatment of gastric adenocarcinoma (systemic)
- Topical treatment of multiple actinic or solar keratoses of the face and anterior scalp (topical)
- Treatment of adenocarcinoma of the colon and rectum (systemic)
- Treatment of adenocarcinoma of the breast (systemic)
- Treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (systemic)
